This innovative large rural/industrial/commercial building uses an environmentally sound palette of materials. Rammed Earth Cellar walls with concrete shell roof over, Straw Bale winery external southern walls, corrugated zincalume openable wall panels to the north and a large deformed plane zincalume roof with a high tech structural aluminium alloy I Beam frame. Timber framed glazed bifolding doors give a higher finish for the Cellar Door area.
